to exceed 50% of new. Exact charges will be quoted prior to repair.

Requirements for Expedited
Emergency Repairs
Call ISE with manufacturer, model and a description
of problem and expected arrival day.
We will determine
approximate turn around time of expedited repair
(typical same or next day return) and advise you to
expedite charges (typically $25.00 -- repair charges are additional).
Ship To ISE the item to be repaired via a next day
service. Include purchase order or packing slip
clearly marked with company name, contact name, phone
number, fax or email address. ISE will return via a next day service and add
freight charges to your invoice.
If you do not have an
account with ISE
either fax us credit
references, supply us with credit card information or
authorize COD if the repairs are approved.
We will advise you of
any problems in meeting the promised shipping date.
